1. What is the concept?
It's simple: sell 1,000,000 pixels at $1 per pixel. We're selling the pixel ads in blocks of 100, as you can see on the front page each box is 10x10 pixels equaling one hundred. There are 10,000 blocks and as you guessed... 1,000,000 pixels. With this money we're going to purchase and start an offshore race team.

2. What are the benefits in purchasing a pixel ad from you?
An image along with a direct link to your website will be on the front page, your link will also be posted on the pixel list page. We believe that this website will be a hit not only from the fans but also the media.

3. How are you marketing the website?
www.milliondollarraceboat.com is already being promoted by many of the professional offshore race boats/teams attending the OSS sanctioned national events. We're not only going to drip campaign our site through the internet, but we're also hitting the streets knocking on business doors. Soon enough we'll have over 500,000 pixels sold and our very own race boat with www.milliondollarraceboat.com along the side. We have a crew of people promoting this website and we even purchased a space on our local trolley advertising the website as well.

4. How long will my ad exist on this website?
The website will be online for 5 years and our goal is to have it on longer. So look at this as a small amount of money for a long amount of exposure.

5. Who are you?
Our names are Blake and Brock Gratton and we're 24 year old identical twins. We were born and raised in sunny Florida with a passion for speed. Joey Gratton, our father, has been racing both motocross and offshore powerboats from the day we were born and I guess you could say it's in our blood.

6. Why do you need one million dollars and what will you do with it?
Our goal is to purchase a Doug Wright 32’ catamaran, paint it up, create a badass team and go racing. Initially the cost of the boat is going to be around $200,000. The maintenance and racing expenses such as travel and rooms will cost around $200,000 as well per year. You might be thinking that only tally’s up to $400,000; well we want to continue this racing quest which means we can use the rest of the money for the future years.

7. When and where are the boat races?
We plan on racing with the premier race circuit in the business, Offshore Super Series. Visit their website for the race schedule click here.

8. What other type of media coverage will you have?
This 2006 season Red Monkey Productions is filming a reality TV show focused on offshore racing and the different teams personalities. Luckily for www.milliondollarraceboat.com they have included us as one of the shows main focus. Red Monkey Production films us asking other racers and teams for sponsorship money, obviously it hasn’t gone well or this website would have never been born. Also Powerboat Magazine, Extreme Boat Magazine, and Hot Boat Magazine attend all the races. We are the young guns of the sport and when we get a boat I know we’ll get coverage. We’ve been around the sport for 10 years, we've got connections!
